Account Deletion & Data Requests

    This page explains how to delete your SWOT Zone account and request deletion or export of personal data.

    Delete or download your data inside SWOT Zone

    You can delete your account and download a copy of your information directly in the platform.

    Open the Control Centre menu (top-right) and select:

    • Delete account — permanently removes your account. This action can't be undone.
    • Download collected data — exports a copy of your personal information currently stored by SWOT Zone.

    Request account deletion by email

    If you can't access your account, email support@swot.zone from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request" and include:

    • Your full name
    • The email address used to sign in
    • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and associated data

    We'll confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a shorter timeframe is required by law.

    What will be deleted

    We remove your profile and personal information stored by SWOT Zone. Content you shared with others (e.g., documents sent to meeting participants) may remain with those recipients. Payment records required by law may be retained for compliance and accounting purposes.

    Data access or correction

    To request a copy of your data or correct inaccurate information, email support@swot.zone with the subject "Data access request".
